ORDERS & PURCHASING

Purchase receipts are sent upon order processing and payment. Shipment confirmations with tracking numbers are sent afterward. Contact us if you haven't received these emails within 72 hours.

Once an order is placed, we're unable to edit, change, or cancel it. For assistance, please contact help@kkip.co.

Refunds are unavailable unless we can't fulfill your order. Approximate arrival dates for pre-order items are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing orfreight issues.

We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders suspected of being fraudulent. If contacted, please provide further identification as requested. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the cancellation of your order.​

SHIPPING

We provide various shipping options, and delivery times are outlined below:​​​

Australian Standard Shipping: 2 - 7 Business Days.

Express Post (AU): 2 - 3 Business Days.

International Standard Shipping: 10 - 28 Business Days.

International Express Shipping: 2 - 4 Business Days.

​*Note: Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping providers, and we're not responsible for transit delays.

International standard orders are shipped with our trusted third party carriers using a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) service. Customers will be held responsible for all Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs.

International Express orders are shipped with DHL, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. KkIP cannot be held responsible for any additional Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments rejected by the receiver may result in a redirection fee.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 21 days, unworn, with original packaging. Final Sale items, worn, or altered beyond return conditions will not be accepted.

We offer store credit or refunds on full-price items, deducting shipping costs. Sale items are non-refundable, valid for store credit, and Final Sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.​

To process a return, follow these steps:​

  1. Download and complete the Returns Form.​
  2. Email the completed form to return@kkip.co to obtain a Returns Number.​
  3. Send the item with the original invoice and Returns Form to the provided address.​

​*Note: Free returns are available for Australian orders. International customers bear return costs unless the item is accepted as faulty or for store credit (minus return costs). Return postage must include a tracking number.

PAYMENTS

We accept Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and all credit cards. For Australian customers, we offer Afterpay.

Afterpay is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away, and then pay for it in 4 equal fortnightly instalments, all interest free. All standard Delivery and Returns policies apply to Afterpay orders. Afterpay is available for Australian customers only.
