SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
We offer FREE Standard shipping on all Australian & International orders over $800 AUD. However, orders under this amount will incur shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel's actual weight and girth measurements. Additionally, the final cost is added to the customer's order at checkout.
All Australian & International orders are shipped with Australia Post, DHL or our trusted third party carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from our provider via email, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which KkIP cannot be held responsible for.
We unfortunately are unable to deliver goods to a PO box or Parcel Locker.
We aim for 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra day or 2 for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotional activities and sales.
All deliveries must be signed for, please make sure to provide a daytime/work delivery address where someone is available to sign. Please note, a re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is not signed for.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD
International standard orders are shipped with our trusted third party carriers. KKIP cannot be held responsible for any additional Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS
International Express orders are shipped with DHL, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. KkIP cannot be held responsible for any additional Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer.
Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to KkiP, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEM/S VIA AUSTRALIA POST
KkIP is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post, DHL or our third party carriers, other delivery carrier or theft. Please contact Australia Post; DHL or our third party carriers with your tracking number.
"RETURN TO SENDER" RETURNS
A gift voucher less any "return to sender" fees will be issued for all parcels which are "returned to sender". We do not resend parcels for free once they have been sent back to us as a "return to sender".
