Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, including change of mind. We are here to ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines:
FULL PRICE
Store credit or refunds on FULL PRICE will be processed using the original method of payment (the exact Debit or Credit Card used to make the original purchase) less the costs of shipping the goods to you (for international customers including any duties and taxes incurred by KkiP), as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to us.
SALE AND DISCOUNTED
Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using a discount code) are non-refundable and are only valid for a store credit less the costs of shipping the goods to you (including any duties and taxes incurred by KkIP), as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to our us. So please choose carefully when selecting a sale item.
FINAL SALE
Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with FINAL SALE on the product page for easy identification. We recommend shopping Final Sale items carefully to avoid disappointment, please get in touch with us at help@kkip.co if you need help with sizing.
In the case where returned goods (which are not deemed faulty) are received and which appear to be worn, damaged, altered or unsaleable or outside the stipulated time period, KkiP will reject your return and contact you regarding options for returning goods to you at your cost.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Items must be returned within 21 days of your order confirmation date
All original packaging must remain
Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, as sold, and returned in original condition
*For items marked FINAL SALE, these purchases are final and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit in the event of a change of mind, other than in the event of them being faulty. All purchases are covered by consumer guarantees and rights under Australian and New International Consumer Law.
We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at help@kkip.co if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 21 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. KkIP reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
INSTRUCTIONS AND RETURN ADDRESS
To complete a returns process, please follow the steps below:
1. Download and complete the Returns Form.
2. Email the completed Returns Form to Return@kkip.co.
3. Kkip will provide you with a Returns Number to add to the form.
4. Return your item along with the original tax invoice and the completed Returns Form to the Online Return address below:

Note: Please note we offer free returns for all Australian orders. All costs associated with returning items to Kkip from International customers are at the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of an accepted faulty item assessment or in the case a store credit is opted for). Return postage must be sent with a tracking number to ensure your return reaches us safely. KkIP will not be liable for any lost returns.
Once your return has been received, we will contact you to process the return.Failure to comply with the above return instructions will result in your return being rejected.
