HOW TO MEASURE GUIDE

HEIGHT

Measure from the tip of the head to the feet.

WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE

Measure your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your waist. The tape measure should sit snugly against your body without pulling.

SHOULDER WIDTH

Measure across the top of the shoulders, with tape running over prominent neckbone at the back.

HIP CIRCUMFERENCE

Measure around the fullest point of your hips, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE

Measure around the chest, passing the tape measure under the arms. The tape should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight. Make sure to keep it horizontal and parallel to the floor.

ARM/SLEEVE LENGTH

Measure from shoulder edge to wrist, with arms relaxed at sides.
